Physical & Environmental Requirements

This is an active adventure combining city exploration with genuine desert experiences. Participants should be comfortable walking on uneven and sandy terrain, spending extended periods outdoors and taking part in activities in a desert environment.

The tour includes two overnight desert stays, where accommodation and facilities may be more rustic than those provided in the cities. Participants should expect exposure to strong sunshine, heat and dry conditions during the day, with potentially cooler temperatures after sunset and overnight.

A reasonable level of fitness and mobility is recommended. Participants should be prepared to stay well hydrated, use appropriate sun protection and follow guidance from local leaders regarding weather and environmental conditions.
